The writing program I mentioned is Writeroom, which is available from Hogbay Software. (I didn’t mention it on the podcast, but as a bonus, Hogbay also makes a nice, simple todo list program called Task Paper). Dan mentioned a program that hides his menu bar in Mac OS X. There a couple of these, but the one I have used is called MenuShade. Dan also mentioned a Mac product that blacks or grays out your screen except for the active window; I think he was talking about Backdrop. Finally, we mentioned two personal project management sites: Backpack and RememberTheMilk. I think that’s it, but let us know if we’re still missing something!
